888gam Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 888gam ("we", "us", "the platform"). They govern your access to and use of the 888gam website, mobile application, sports betting services, casino games, live casino, VIP programme and all associated features.

Access to the 888gam platform and use of any of its features constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of someone else or you are uncertain about any clause, you should stop using the platform and contact support for clarification before continuing.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules or policies published on the platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming guidelines and any specific promotion terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 888gam platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We take the protection of minors very seriously and do not permit anyone under 18 to register or use any part of the platform.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Creating an account using another person's identity or false personal information is strictly prohibited.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino activities in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a current employee of 888gam or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform under any account.

888gam reserves the right to ask for proof of age, identity and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 888gam will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• We reserve the right to refuse account registration at our discretion without providing a reason.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to closure after prior notice.
• All account activity is logged and may be reviewed for security, fraud prevention and responsible gaming purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 888gam are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform. Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice, though we aim to communicate significant changes in advance.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 888gam does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless stated otherwise for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First withdrawal from a new account or payment method may require additional documentation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
• 888gam reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• We do not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Any funds deposited into your 888gam account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming activity on the platform. Funds cannot be transferred to another user's account under any circumstances.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on the 888gam platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. These rules are documented within the platform and updated periodically. It is the responsibility of the user to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed due to live market movements.
• 888gam reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started or concluded if the timing of the bet placement was in error.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules for that specific market type. These rules are detailed on the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• 888gam reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its absolute discretion.

For casino games including slots, live casino, table games and other titles, the rules of each game are governed by the game provider. RTP (return to player) rates are determined by the provider and are applied consistently across all sessions. 888gam does not alter game mechanics or outcomes.

Any bet placed using a bonus balance is subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus. Please refer to Section 6 for full details on bonus terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

888gam offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms exist, they take precedence over these general bonus terms.

• Bonuses are intended for individual use only. Coordinated use of bonuses by groups of users with the intent to exploit promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds must generally be used within a specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically when the validity period ends.
• 888gam reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Users who are in the middle of meeting a wagering requirement when a bonus is cancelled will be given reasonable notice.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is considered fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888gam platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account per person, household or device.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or personal details.
• Match fixing, collusion or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any event on which a bet is placed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided.
• Coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any financial transaction that is in violation of applicable laws.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 888gam staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform or user accounts to which you are not authorised.

888gam employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect unusual activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to temporary suspension pending review, even if no final determination of prohibited activity has been made.

8. Responsible Gaming

888gam is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We believe that betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment, and we actively support users in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users directly from the account dashboard:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888gam's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888gam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of enjoyment, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• We are not responsible for interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, network issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or to properly secure your account credentials.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that all features will be available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Termination

You may close your 888gam account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification.

888gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as outlined in Section 7.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 888gam reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13. Amendments to These Terms

888gam reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes that materially affect user rights or obligations, we will aim to provide at least 14 days' advance notice through a platform notification or email to registered users.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
